Nika's Cupcake Bar LLC Bakery Terms of Service 

1. General Information 

Nika's Cupcake Bar LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates a bakery providing cupcakes and other baked goods. By placing an order with us, you ("Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions. 

2. Ingredients and Allergens

None of our cupcakes are vegan. Our products may contain soy, dairy, animal products, artificial sweeteners, and colors. We do not cater to specific dietary restrictions unless explicitly stated. 

3. Deposits and Payments

• For orders under $500, a non-refundable full deposit is required at the time of booking.
• For orders over $500, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event.
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to the event date for all orders.

4. Design and Color Variations

We will make every effort to match the design and color of the cupcakes to the Customer's inspiration as closely as possible. However, slight color variations may occur, and no refunds will be given based on these variations. 

5. Handling and Storage 

All cupcakes and baked goods should be kept out of direct sunlight. We are not liable for any melting or damage that occurs after delivery or pick-up.

6. Non-Edible Items 

Some items used in our decorations are non-edible and should not be consumed. Please remove these items before serving. Some edible elements may pose a choking hazard, particularly for young children. We are not liable for any sickness or injury, including death, resulting from the consumption of our products.

7. Design Approval Customers

Customers must approve the design before finalization. We will make every effort to ensure the design and color match the inspiration and agreed-upon design as closely as possible. We are not liable if a Customer does not like the final design, and no refunds will be given for this reason.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

• No refunds will be given for Customer-initiated cancellations of events.
• Exceptions may be made at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

9. Liability

We are not liable for any illness, injury, or death that may occur after consumption of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions and choking hazards. By placing an order with Nika's Cupcake Bar LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
